ZAH AZMI – FOUNDER AND CEO
Luxland Investments was founded in 2014 and has been led by Chief Executive Officer and Investor, Zah Azmi. Being raised by Malaysian parents, Zah was born a Novocastrian calling Newcastle his home before moving to The Central Coast at the age of five. His life started to take an entrepreneurial turn when he decided to move to Sydney and start his career managing nightclubs in the entertainment district of Kings Cross, which eventually led him to invest in a couple of clubs of his own. He then later moved his business interests into the health and fitness industry where he co-founded a multi-site retail business which originated in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Zah also acquired 2 Sydney based leading hair salons, where Luxland also happens to own the commercial space the business currently occupies.

Whilst working through these industries, Zah consistently invested in residential property and eventually moved into property development. Zah saw the growth potential of key Australian markets and the unmatched opportunities it provided to everyday investors. Using his strong knowledge of the Aussie property markets, he focused on acquiring rental investment properties and also sites with development upside potential. Raising funds through investors and leveraging his serviceability from the businesses, Zah was able to grow his original equity stake from his first deposit on his first investment property of $70k to now be in control of a property empire worth more than $10Million. As the market has grown so much over the years, this has been mirrored by the growth of Luxland Investments. Unlike the majority of developers and property traders, Zah adopted a long-term strategy of retaining ownership of the properties he was trading in, rather than simply selling all of them at attractive prices. He thereby pioneered the concept of “GROW YOUR FUTURE” in key residential markets in Australia and built a strong and stable business that has gone from strength to strength. Zah has since pioneered the “INFINITE RETURN WEALTH BUILDER” which is a strategy that allows you to inject a certain amount of capital into a property project, that allows you to redraw on that capital and retain a significant share holding in an asset that produces strong rental returns. Zah is truly passionate and driven in achieveing peak performance in both his professional and personal life, and his main drive in this industry to help create long term wealth for those wanting to achieve ultimate financial freedom.
